Asparagus season is fast approaching, and I love finding new and different ways to prepare it. I’m sharing one of my favorites with you today!
This recipe is so simple, easy and fast. It only requires a few ingredients, most of which you should have on hand.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 pound of asparagus
- 1 tablespoon oil (we use Wildtree Roasted Grapeseed Oil)
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
- Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
- Wash and cut asparagus in 1/2, and lay out on a covered baking sheet
- Coat asparagus in oil (lightly)
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Parmesan- use hands to spread evenly over asparagus
- Bake for 8 minutes (or until asparagus is tender)
