We leave for Cancun in 24 days, and I am already dreaming of sandy beaches and tank tops! I am always behind the 8 ball with winter travel, and never think about updating my wardrobe during year end summer blow out sales, which leaves me scrambling when it comes time to pack. So, I have put together my Top 10 Vacation Fashion Finds for your winter vacation getaway in hopes that I might actually have my crap together on time this year 🙂
1: Pakula Beach Cover Up: This is the perfect cover up for the time spent at the pool or beach. I love this piece because it’s very elegant, yet casual! Plus, it’s under $20!
2: Swimwear: You can find this pink strappy bikini on Amazon from Cupshe Fashion. This two piece swim suit is only $19.99 for BOTH pieces (BONUS!). Another one of my favorites for this season is this black and white stripped bralette from the one and only Target. It’s the perfect neutral top to mix and match with any color bikini bottom!
3: Kimono: A girl can never have too many kimonos. These are perfect for 2 purposes: swim cover up or lightweight cover up for a night out. Amazon has some super cute prints for only $13.99!
4: Graphic tees and tanks: If I could only wear one thing for the rest of my life, graphic tees would be at the top of the list! Privity Boutique has some super cute graphic tees, and what’s more perfect for Cancun than Burritos and Beers? (P.S.- Check out their cute bralettes while you’re there too!)
5: Jean shorts: My all time FAVE jean shorts are from Aeropostle. Comfy AND affordable (and they’re a “comfortable” length)! Plus, you can keep them casual or dress them up easily.
6: Lounge wear: One thing I usually overlook when packing is lounge wear. Fabletics is my go to for quality, comfortable, and fashionable clothes. A comfy tank and yoga pants are perfect for day excursions and such!
7: Rompers: I love rompers because they are lightweight and you don’t have to worry about them blowing up and giving everybody a show (like a super short dress). This romper here on Amazon and could easily be used for a casual comfy afternoon of shopping, or a night out at a club.
8: Night out dress: This tunic from Privity Boutique has the perfect beach vibe. Plus, you can make it look fancy with some cool accessories, but still enjoy the comfort of a t-shirt tunic.
9: Wedges: I always make sure to pack wedges for my dressier shoe. These buckle wedges from Maurices are comfortable and chic! I like a chunkier heel for beach vacations so you don’t have to worry about sinking in the sand!
10: Sunglasses: Bringing sunglasses to the beach is just a no brainer. These adorable sunglasses from NY & Co are on sale now for only $6.99! Say what!?!?! I like cheap sunglasses for vacation, because I have a tendency to loose them along the way!
